The Paper

I wrote this paper to learn about and share the essence of Highbridge Voices, explain the benefits of a rigorous music education for children living in a low-income and high-crime community, and pose questions about the effects of trauma on the voice and body. 

The paper is broken up into sections, almost like smaller blog entries to make them a bit more digestible. You can certainly jump around between them, but the order is intentional- so if you have time to read them in order, that’s what I recommend.
