Step 4 – we’re going to start planning a sample outline for a song, starting with some free-writing. Your favorite! (page 46)

Step 5 – we’re going to categorize some of the free writing to help organize our ideas. (page 47)

Step 6 – it’s time to apply what you’ve learned! We’ll start with you doing a little free writing based on your main idea. (page 48)

Step 7 – now try categorizing your free writing into different themes. (page 49)
